Дизайнер: где вкладки "Оргструктура", "Объекты" и т.д.

В установленной версии ELMA BPM Community не вижу вкладок для создания оргструктуры и объектов. Вот всё, что есть: Процессы, BPM Aps, Сценарии, Публикация.
Так и должно быть?

Загрузить картинку на форум и показать тоже не могу, выдаёт ошибку:
